  We first met with Han Widjaja Chen when we bought our apartment properties in San Gabriel Valley around 5-6 years ago. Since then, we have bought additional properties in Los Angeles County and have fostered good relationships with many active real estate brokers and agents.

  I was a developer and a real estate broker for a long time. I built this property back in 1987 with an excellent quality construction. Due to personal reasons, I had to sell the property and exchanged into a less management intensive asset.
