Han Widjaja Chen

Han Widjaja Chen, CCIM

Han Widjaja Chen is the founder and president of Growth Investment Group, a commercial real estate investment brokerage company that specializes in multifamily investments in Los Angeles with a focus in the San Gabriel Valley area.

He started his commercial real estate career in 2007 with Colliers International and quickly became the top multifamily agents at Colliers International Los Angeles. After 4-years tenure with Colliers International, Han became one of the principals/ shareholders in 2012 at Lee Associates ISG where he also became #1 multifamily agent at the company. After seeing his clients’ needs for a more responsive and personalized approach to multifamily investments, Han decided to found Growth Investment Group in 2014 in a strategic alliance with KW Commercial in Pasadena. During his partnership with KW Commercial Pasadena, Han once again became #1 multifamily broker in the company.

In order to provide his clients a more entrepreneurial engagement, Han decided to operate GIG as its own company independent from any national franchises affiliation. Since its full inception, GIG has multiplied its client’s net worth through multifamily investments and quickly becoming the top multifamily boutique firm in San Gabriel Valley.

Even though he started his commercial real estate career only about 10 years ago, Han was able to build his own multifamily portfolio in San Gabriel Valley and now offers his clients unique and professional insights of the apartment market, operations, and management as a fellow multifamily investor. With his background as a software developer/engineer, Han analyzes a real estate investment quantitatively and methodically and utilizes technology to bring an additional edge to his clients as an added value. He has a proven track-record of selling multifamily properties at record-breaking prices/unit, prices/SF, lowest CAP Rates in multiple cities such as Pasadena, South Pasadena, Arcadia, Glendora, Whittier, Downey, and many other cities in Los Angeles County.

Matthew Guerra

Matthew Guerra

Matthew William Guerra specializes in multifamily investment sales throughout the greater Los Angeles area, with a focus on South East Los Angeles County, better known as the 605 corridor / 562 areas. He began his career very early on at just 20 years old, working with proper-ty owners assisting them in evaluating their portfolios, where he quickly learned the intricacies of analyzing Real Estate investment properties.

In a short amount of time, Matthew has been able to set the mark in becoming the youngest most consistent professional in closing many transactions and becoming recognized as a Top Producer. Jeanelle Mountford

Jeanelle Mountford

Jeanelle Mountford has been actively involved in many facets of the real estate industry since 2004. She began her career managing and marketing her family's portfolio. She then sold for the largest developer in Nevada. She was consistently recognized as one of the top salespersons. In 2007, she was awarded for generating the highest sales volume in the Las Vegas Valley.

Raised in La Crescenta and a graduate of Glendale High School, Jeanelle stays true to her area and passion. She specializes in the Glendale, Burbank, and North Hollywood apartment markets. She has built lasting business relationships in her community. She represents investment clients ranging from sales, purchases, and 1031 exchanges of smaller multi-family properties to larger multi-million-dollar apartment complexes and retail shopping centers.

Arin received national recognition with his sale 1423 Oriole Drive for $18,500,000 in the Hollywood Hills as well as setting the highest recorded price for a home sold in Glendale in over two and half years for $3,075,000. Arin’s reputation and integrity has allowed him to build ever lasting relationships with local property owners as well as his network of commercial investors.

Marc Scwhartz

Marc Schwartz has been active in real estate since 2006; his areas of expertise include finance and commercial real e-tate sales.
